CHINADO ROSÉ 2022

100% Touriga Nacional harvested in August. Zero skin contact but we use an old basket press so pressing is slow, and therefore some SO2 is needed at reception to protect the juice from oxidation. Pressed straight to used 225 l barrels, where it ages for about six months.
